Scope and results
We implemented a modern Digital Signage and campus communication ecosystem, integrated in real time with the ProAkademia system. The project covered an audit, cabling, video walls, interactive door-side displays, integrations with public transport and BMS, accessibility features and multi-year service support.
ProAkademia integration
- Screens outside lecture rooms automatically display schedules, lecturers, groups and class types.
- Changes, cancellations and substitutions are reflected instantly, with no manual display updates.
CMS, accessibility and safety
- Roles for marketing, the dean’s office and administration ensure a secure division of responsibility for content.
- Audio description on door-side displays supports visually impaired and blind users.
- BMS integration enables instant broadcasting of evacuation notices and announcements from the rector.
Infrastructure and support
We supplied interactive room panels, video walls and large-format screens, having first prepared architectural visualizations. The project covered design, installation, API integrations, training and long-term service with telemetry monitoring.
Visual infrastructure matched to the architecture
- Interactive door-side displays: touch panels outside lecture rooms, seminar rooms and offices combine an electronic door sign with a schedule lookup point.
- Video walls and large-format monitors: installed in prestige spaces, relaxation zones and main circulation routes, they are used to broadcast academic events and present the university’s programs.
- Visualizations and layout: the displays were carefully integrated into the campus space based on architectural visualizations prepared in advance.
Turnkey delivery and support
We carried out the project across the full engineering cycle: from the audit, technology selection and cable routing, through installation and API integrations with ProAkademia and BMS, to training for administrators, the dean’s office and marketing. We also provide telemetry monitoring, software updates and on-site service with a guaranteed response time.
