Clear status before you walk in: Room panels outside the door instantly show the room’s status (LED indicators: available/occupied), display the meeting agenda or class schedule and let you make an ad hoc booking right on the screen.
Calendar synchronization: Full compatibility with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams), Google Workspace and the USOS and ProAkademia university systems, plus the option to integrate with any scheduling system. A booking made at a desk or on a phone appears instantly on the display at the room entrance.
One-Touch start automation: The system follows the booking schedule — it wakes the displays, turns on the audio system and sets the right lighting scene on its own, so the meeting starts without technical delays.
Smart Office & Campus
We match the technology to each building: from a single executive office or small huddle room to a unified standard for an entire office building or university campus.
Certified Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms systems. We use cameras with intelligent presenter framing (AI tracking), beamforming microphone arrays and digital signal processors (DSP) that remove echo and reduce the effect of reverberation in acoustically challenging rooms.
Convenient control of the entire room from a single touch panel on the table or wall. We integrate control of lighting (DALI), blinds, screens and air conditioning, so there’s no need for conventional wall switches and remote controls.
Fast sharing of video and audio from a laptop, tablet or smartphone — no extra drivers to install and no hunting for adapters. We build on secure wireless protocols and lossless 4K matrix switching.
User journey
We design system logic so that technology stays in the background and never distracts from the purpose of the meeting, lecture or negotiation.
Users book a room in Outlook, in Teams or on the wall panel. The system automatically generates a video conference link and updates the room’s availability across the entire organization.
An occupancy sensor activates the equipment, the lighting adjusts to outside conditions and the meeting name appears on the touch console. Joining the call takes just a single tap.
Participants present content wirelessly in 4K, microphone arrays pick up speech evenly from every seat at the table, and remote participants receive clear audio and video without disruption.
Once everyone has left the room, the system automatically ends the video conference session, turns off the displays and powers down peripherals, saving energy and preparing the space for the next meeting.
