Case study
Scope and results
We built, and for more than 7 years have continuously maintained, a nationwide network of over 220 screens at Bayer partner outlets. We provide end-to-end service under a Managed Services and SaaS model — from content distribution, through our own innovations and hardware lifecycle planning, to field trade-marketing audits at points of sale.
Display network management
- Central CMS: campaign planning, display segmentation and instant content publishing across more than 220 locations.
- Content management: oversight of correct playback, schedules and the adaptation of marketing materials.
Interaction and context-aware automation
- Touch display controller: a dedicated touchscreen remote turns the monitor into an interactive product advice point.
- Local weather forecast: the system generates weather messages based on each outlet’s coordinates.
Maintenance and hardware lifecycle
- Continuous telemetry monitoring: remote oversight of the operating parameters of every player and monitor lets us detect faults before outlet staff notice them.
- Proactive upgrade plan: we analyze infrastructure wear, plan budgets and technology refresh schedules, and progressively replace hardware with next-generation displays.
Field trade-marketing audits
We combine technical visits with a review of on-the-ground conditions at points of sale — a service that goes beyond screen maintenance and gives the client an up-to-date picture of the market.
- Photo documentation: photos of product displays, POSM materials and Digital Signage zones from every visit, archived in the cloud.
- Display assessment: product presence and placement, the condition of POSM materials, brand visibility relative to competitors, and technical factors — screen viewing angles, light levels and the cleanliness of the multimedia zone. We draw on our experience in public-space research and on a methodology developed together with leading companies in Poland — including AMS, one of Poland’s largest outdoor advertising operators, and the Pentor research institute (now Kantar Polska).
- Voice of the outlets: feedback from owners and staff at partner outlets, collected to a single standard.
- Reports on client-defined metrics: we turn visit photos and data into detailed reports covering metrics agreed with the client — for its marketing and sales teams.
Benefits for the client
- Full operational outsourcing: a professional retail media network without committing in-house resources to technology, logistics or configuration.
- Proven stability: a long-standing partnership that confirms the quality of our SLA procedures, our initiative in proposing new areas of collaboration — from touch display controllers to field trade-marketing audits — and the reliability of the technology we propose.
- Higher sales through interaction: touch tools make it easier to present a complex product range.
- Market insight: regular field reports with photos and client-agreed metrics show product displays, POSM materials and partner relationships nationwide.
